When lowered, the barrier boom lands on a tip rest for support.
BGV Barriers are supplied with a fork tip rest (FAF) to be set in concrete. A swinging tip rest (GAM) that attaches to the boom is available.
For resistance to damage from lateral movement, misuse or vandalism we recommend use of the FAF fixed fork wherever possible.
