BGV automated barriers

The BGV range of barriers are built from heavy gauge steel and the folded and welded case is extremely sturdy. The high torque electro-mechanical motor and gearbox are spring assisted and damped, reducing mechanical stress and providing long term reliability and trouble free service. For busy entrances the BGV barriers provide the perfect solution for vehicle control and car park management.

Three models available from 3000mm to 6000mm. Boom length is reduced if accessories (Skirt or Swinging Rest) are added. Stainless steel version available for hazardous environments or for aesthetic purposes. When lowered, the barrier boom lands on a tip rest for support. BGV Barriers are supplied with a fork tip rest (FAF) to be set in concrete. A swinging tip rest (GAM) that attaches to the boom is available.

For resistance to damage from lateral movement, misuse or vandalism we recommend use of the FAF fixed fork wherever possible.
