Until recently, automation and access control was very much seen to be a luxury, but increasingly, the value of convenience and control has given way to a broader awareness of the security benefits that automated operation brings. For example, on wet days or late at night, especially when you have a car full of children and need to open the automatic gates as safely and quickly as possible. You can then close the automatic gates securely behind you from the safety and warmth of your car.

G&T Services provide remote control electric slide gates in a variety of materials and design styles, all produced and installed to the highest standards.

Most sliding gates installed correctly will provide very high levels of security, especially against attempted forced entry. The fact they slide sideways means that a lot of space is left free behind the gate where a normal swing gate would have to operate, making car parking and the like a lot easier. A sliding gate can be produced to very wide sizes very easily and generally only requires 1 electric motor to operate therfore saving money over the 2 motors required for a pair of swing gates. Many gates we have installed have been designed in the style of a pair of gates if appearance is particularly important.
